Warranty Coverage
We offer up to six months’ warranty on selected products purchased through our online store. Please read product description for warranty of products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Describe the issue with the product in detail.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by our customer service team.
Claims for Refund or Replacement Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, please note the following regarding claims for refunds or replacements:
Notification Period: Claims for defective items must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. Late claims may not be eligible.
Claim Submission: Contact our customer service with your order details and a description of the defect. Supporting documentation, such as photos, may be required
Assessment and Resolution: We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item and processing your refund or replacement with in 5 working days.
