Price

  • All prices are given in Fiji Dollars.
  • All prices are exclusive of delivery handling charges.
  • The information provided by this website is subject to change without notice. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Glamada investments will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein.
  • All Prices are VAT inclusive.

Delivery

  • We require the physical delivery address and the contact number of the authorized recipient. Where we agree to transport the goods to a specified place, we will deliver or arrange delivery of the goods to that place.
  • Except where otherwise agreed, you will pay for all resulting transportation costs.
  • If no place of delivery is specified, delivery shall take place at the time when the goods are made available for dispatch at our premises.
  • Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused.
  • All delivery charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.

Limitation of liability

  • Glamada is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of any product.

Description of Products

  • Modifications and enhancements to the products are perpetually underway. Furthermore, the seller depends on information provided by its suppliers and manufacturers. Consequently, descriptions, illustrations, and accompanying literature are not to be considered binding upon the seller.

Pictures and Images

  • Glamada aims to include up-to-date images of the goods on this website. However, our images of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before opening and/or using the goods.

Force Majeure

  • Glamada shall not be held responsible to the buyer for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any delay in the delivery of goods or from a failure to fulfill any terms of this contract, if such delay or failure is caused, directly or indirectly, by events beyond the seller's control.

Errors or Omissions

  • Glamada is entitled at any time to correct all errors and omissions.
  • If products on our website are listed with incorrect pricing or inaccurate information, Glamada reserves the right to cancel the buyer's order, even if payment has already been made. If an order is cancelled by Glamada after payment has been processed, Glamada will issue a full refund to the buyer for the amount paid.
