  We have warranty up to 6 months on selected products

Any goods with a manufacturing fault will be:

  • replaced with the same; or
  • repaired under warranty; or

if neither of these are achievable then a refund will be issued upon verification of the defect, including any physical or liquid damage.

Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 3 – 7 Working days upon receipt of payment to our account.

Return Process on faulty item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at enquiries@glamadafiji.com to request a return authorization.

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Include a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
