Refund Policy
Any goods with a manufacturing fault will be:
- Replaced with the same; or
- Repaired under warranty; or
- If neither of these is achievable, then a refund will be issued upon verification of the defect, including any physical or liquid damage.
Return Process on faulty item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at enquiries@glamadafiji.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Policy
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If a product returned as faulty is found to be working fine, the item will be returned to the buyer, who will be responsible for covering the shipping costs both to and from their address.
- Product returns should be sent by registered or certified mail or by signature required courier delivery. Glamada investments accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
Delivery Information
- We DO NOT Ship Overseas
- Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 3 – 7 Working days upon receipt of payment to our account.
- Alternative arrangements can be made for collection of the goods directly from our store.
We only deliver within Fiji, specifically to Viti Levu, Vanua Levu and a few outer islands around Fiji. Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Vanua Levu: $15
- Viti Levu: $10
- Outer Islands: $17.95
